The wraps are subtly soiled and a bit creased. The edges of the wraps are chipped, with occasional small losses. There is a 3" thin, jagged tear at the foot of the spine along the fold and the surrounding are of the rear wrap. The pages have faint handling marks here and there, and sporadic shallow closed tears and chips in the margins. A booklet published by the Denver printing establishment, Carson, Hurst & Harper. Includes photographic reproductions of views of Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway, Manitou Springs, Balanced Rock, Mount of the Holy Cross, Green Lake, and more.
