Tight and VG+ (mild darkening along the rear panel's top-edge) in a bright, VG example of the pictorial dustjacket, with several small closed tears along the panel edges, mild darkening to the rear panel's top-edge and light staining at the rear flap-fold. Folio, well over a dozen tipped-in color plates in addition to scores of printed black-and-white plates. The text --by Atsuo Imaizumi and Lloyd Goodrich-- in both English and Japanese. Very impressive monograph on this early to mid 20th century Japanese painter.
