Secaucus to Ridgefield, General Plan; (7) Allegheny County [Pennsylvania] Bridges; (8) Wilbur Cross Parkway, Twin Bore Tunnel. West Rock-New Haven; (9) Northern-Sagtikos State Parkway Extension; and (10) Prospect Avenue Expressway, Bureau of Brooklyn. General Plan.
