Pamphlet, square 8vo, (8x6") original pictorial wrappers, illustrated. Both issues worn, a couple of minor edge chips, some minor staining, 1882 issue lacking rear wrappers, 1883 issue disbound; good otherwise. There is a reprint the text of The Fourth of July Oration delivered by Col. P. Conan, of the Fargo, D.T., and "Argus". OCLC locates no editions earlier than 1882; the 1883 issues states Tenth Edition at the head of the front wrapper.
