Light toning, two vertical and one horizontal fold lines, all lightly browned, tiny stain to bottom edge. $350. * This broadside regulates the conduct of army officers who lend and borrow money too freely. The decree forbids senior officers from lending more than 100 florins; junior officers and all lower ranks are not allowed to lend or borrow any amount.
