Cincinnati OH: The Boob Wheel Co, 1909. A 9 1/4" in diameter letterhead printed on paper die-cut in the shape of a circle, with wheel and spoke border design. The company sold wheels, poles and shafts, so the wheel shaped letterhead was a natural promotion for product awareness. Reverse is blank. Accompanied by file note responding to the correspondence.
