Moderate toning, light soiling, faint vertical and horizontal fold lines, some wear and a few chips and tears to edges, contemporary annotations to verso. $650. * The lots "were late the property of Harry Russ Grant, Esq. M.D. deceased." They included 9 parcels of pasture land. There are two annotations on the verso. One is an address, along with two postal stamps; this copy was mailed. The other note, most likely for filing purposes, states the nature and date of the auction. No copies located on COPAC or OCLC.
