Heavy chipping to foot of spine and crack starting at bottom of front hinge (3 inch split to leather). Wear to hinges, corners, and edges of boards. Light dampstaining and rubbing to boards. Occasional spots of foxing to interior, minor dampstaining to bottom corners of last few pages, and ownership signature in pencil to top of title page.
