A solid copy to boot of the 1951 1st edition of this very impressive monograph on the great Mexican social realist painter David Alfaro Siqueiros (1896-1974). Tight and VG in its dark-blue cloth (light smudging at the front panel, light soiling along the rear panel's lower-edge) in a crisp, VG example of the wonderful pictorial dustjacket, with light chipping along the spine crown and near the foot of the spine. 2 small pieces of light tape reinforcing the several minor closed tears to the rear panel's edges. Square quarto, internally immaculate. Evocative, detailed black-and-white reproductions thruout. Text in Spanish and French as well as English.
