Stevenson's classic novel that plays on the evil twin trope when Henry Durie effectively becomes his thought-to-be-deceased brother, the true Master of Ballantrae, James. Twice adapted to film, first in 1953 starring Errol Flynn and again in 1984 starring Michael York.
