2 Vols, 4to, leather spine and tips with marbled boards, gilt lettering on spine, illustrated. Binding are rather worn, chipped and faded, especially at the extremities, normal aging; overall about very good. Internally pretty clean. Founded in 1876 The Harvard Lampoon has a rich tradition of poking fun at social and political issues. Some of the humor is laced with a little racism and sexism, and some seems rather obscure for today's world
