Moderate toning to text, somewhat heavier in places, occasional light foxing, early owner signature (Geo. Kerr) to front pastedown. $100. * Only edition. One of the most ambitious and admired works of its time, the Modern Reports began as a four-volume set issued from 1682 to 1703. Thomas Leach edited the books and republished them in 1793-1796.
