Corners bumped, light soiling and wear to boards; ink name on half-title. Occasional dampstains, else interiors unmarked. 2" tear to map along affixed edge, else very light wear. Illustrated with fifty-eight color woodcuts by A. Joliet, three plates of ancient Indian music, and a map showing the actual situation of the Indian tribes. Domenech was a Catholic Priest from France, who traveled extensively in the American Southwest.
