The April 1937 "revised and enlarged edition" of Admiral Togo's memoir, IN BOTH THE PUBLISHER'S UNCOMMON PICTORIAL DUSTJACKET AND ITS ORIGINAL PRINTED SLIPCASE. Clean, tight and Near Fine in a crisp, Near Fine dustjacket, with one tiny chip along the rear panel's top-edge. Tall quarto, top-edge gilt, All original tissue-guards (designed to protect the full-page color plates) intact. A tight, very impressive copy. And finally, the slipcase, which is sturdy and firm but shows light soiling and scuffing to the panels and one or two minor gashes along the spine.
