Nature and landscape comprise a realm that the artist has revisted over and over since the 1960s. Vilches has succeeded in imparting a new way of perveiving the print and in more recent years the photograph. His presence in this gallery is a respond to the culimination of 15 years of exhibitions that have featured emerging artist by presenting them throuh the lens of more established artists, such as Vilches.
