Very Good +. 2 issues (January 1915 and Juky 1918) of this technical Quarterly issued out of Washington and devoted to shipbuilding and ship repair. Both issues crisp and VG+ in their stapled, gray card wrappers. Very light wear along the spines and just a touch of ink at the top of January 1915's front panel. Tall, uniform quartos, nice trade-oriented ads (some engraved) at the rears.
