Santa Monica, CA: Roundtable Publishing, Inc.. Fine in Near Fine dj. 1988. First Edition. Hardcover. [very nice copy, no discernible wear to book; jacket just a touch rubbed at top of spine]. (B&W photographs) Buster Wiles met Errol Flynn on the set of CAPTAIN BLOOD in 1935, and was his stunt double and good buddy for many years. "In the early Forties, [he] lived at Flynn's vast estate in the Santa Monica Mountains, Mulholland Farm, where the two men shared manyh wild times, including the dismal experience of Flynn's famous trial [for] statutory rape in 1943." Approximately the last 60 pages of this book consists of an appendix, "The Flynn Controversy," in which co-author Donati refutes the "Nazi spy" charges made against Flynn by Charles Higham in his 1980 biography "Errol Flynn: The Untold Story." .
