The 1946 Limited Editions Club, #1,558 of 1,950 copies signed (at the limitation) and illustrated by the great Arthur Szyk. Tight and VG+ in its 1/4 leather over off-white, wonderfully gilt-decorated boards. Mild darkening along the spine, very light wear at the spine ends. Still though, an appealing, well-preserved copy. Including a lightly-scuffed and soiled example of the publisher's gold cardboard slipcase. Lavishly printed by Lewis F. White of New York.
