This poem honors Allen Ginsberg and all the other Beat poets on the 65th Anniversary of HOWL. The first half of this poem is my interpretation of the birth of the Beat movement; the second movement is my own Howl to honor its early practitioners. The talented Claire Taylor illuminated and illustrated my modest poem, making it look far better than it ever could on its own.
