A Solid copy to boot of the June 1929 5th American printing. Tight and VG in its pictorial boards, with very light nicking and rubbing to the front panel. Mild staining as well to the lower half of the fore-edge, which has bled through a bit and created very light waviness along the lower-edges (but not at all affecting the text). Oblong 12mo, wonderfully illustrated throughout in color by the great Hugh Lofting.
