Clean and VG+ in its russet cloth, with lovely pictorial gilt-design and titling along the front panel and spine. Abrading and wear at the inner hinges (which are both still perfectly strong), a touch of light scuffing to the front panel and former owner name and date (1879) to the first blank endpaper. Octavo, almost 3 dozen engravings complementing Frederick Ober's text.
