Solid and VG+ ("Royal Midland Counties Home for Incurables" stamp on the front free endpaper) in a bright, VG example of the scarce dustjacket, with light chipping at the spine ends (including 1" of loss to the foot of the spine) and light spotting and soiling to the panels. Still though, very presentable and uncommon as such.
