Tokyo: 武揚堂 [Buyodou], 1941. 16mo, pp. 10, 234, [12], [2], [4]; 4 folding charts; 33 detailed folding schematic plates (final plate missing); title page(?) and wrappers perished, text toned, colophon and final leaf loose but present, the edges of a few plates frayed but most in fine condition within a fair, toned copy. The type 88 75mm was a Japanese anti-aircraft gun used in the Sino-Japanese War and World War II. Over 2000 units were produced by the end of WWII, and this gun was the most common of the medium anti-aircraft guns used by Japan, even after aircraft technology had surpassed it around 1940. Unrecorded in either OCLC or Ci.nii.
