Little Boy''s Doll Paper Doll with 8 Costumes & Hats

Germany, 1850. 1 hat and box lacking. Else fine.. A 7 1/4" litho on heavy stock paper doll with his original stand and eight (8) costumes and seven (7) hats. The costumes and dolls are colored lithograph with eggwash enhancements. His costumes reflect the affluent lifestyle and times of the young boy of the day. They include costumes for the garden, relaxing on the grounds, playing the flute, ice skating, drawing and hiking. There are also costumes for a warrior (complete with armor) and a soldier. Costumes have a blank sheet affixed to the reverse with an opening at top to allow the costume to slip over the doll. The box is lacking.
