Twenty-fourmo [12 cm] Accordion-folding artist's book composed of orange and blue paper over boards with folding black and white lithographic interior. Light soiling and rubbing to the boards; boards just a little concave; pages toned. Printed from the original lithographs at Atelier Emil Matthieu in Zürich. Not numbered. The publication information is in German and English. One of Lavater's earlier folded stories. The Basilius Presse was the first to publish Lavater's artists' books. This copy is signed by the artist in pencil on the copyright page.
