By W.W. Denslow
New York: G.W. Dillingham Publishers, 1904. Decorative Cloth. Very Good. W.W. Denslow. A solid, presentable copy of the 1904 1st edition. Tight and VG in its lime-green cloth, with lightly-chipped, mounted color plate and very light soiling to the front panel. Very mild chipping as well along the base of the front free endpaper. All the wonderful Denslow color plates (at least 1 per page) are crisp and bright and as clean as could be. Quarto, another Oz-related triumph from the maestro W.W. Denslow, the deep, rich color executed by the printers J.J. Little & Co. of New York.
