Binding slightly worn, rubbed, bumped, and scuffed; small numerical label to upper margin of upper. Minor foxing; occasional annotations in pencil; some upper corners creased; handstamp of Andre Martinet to upper margin and small oval handstamps to lower margin of title, slightly trimmed. First Edition.

First performed in Paris at the Théâtre Lyrique on 7 March 1855.
