(There was also an impossibly scarce, simultaneous limitation of 10 copies signed by Walter Lowenfels). Tight and VG in its stiff boards, with pronounced offsetting at the front and rear hinges. Also includes a presentable, VG example of the fragile printed dustjacket, with offsetting along the edges, a touch of light soiling to the panels and very light tearing (with just a bit of separation) at the upper 1/3 of the spine.
