By John Hanna ("Dizzy") Dean
St. Louis: The Falstaff Brewing Company, 1953. Original wraps. Near Fine. The uncommon January 1953 1st (and almost certainly only) edition of this charming piece of baseball ephemera. A Dizzy Dean baseball dictionary, complete with "Messages to Kids", "Inside Dizzy", "Dizzy's Definitions" and "Dizzy's Dillies". A very sharp copy to boot: clean and Near Fine in its stapled, pictorial wrappers, with just a touch of very light wear at the spine. Issued by the Falstaff Brewing Company of St. Louis and called "The Hip Pocket Size" and "Self Pronouncin'". A wonderful piece of Cardinals and Gas House Gang and baseball memorabilia.
