The State Company, 1906. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1906 edition. No dust jacket. Green cloth boards and binding have some heavily rubbed/frayed areas, especially on spine, as well as some white marks, and normal edge wear. There is also a 1/2 inch horizontal slice on front board. Stamped cover illustration remains bright and clear. Binding is good. Gilding on top page edge has some minor scratches and wear. Pastedowns and endpapers have uneven toning. Almost all pages have faint shadow image of facing page due to ink bleed-through. A few pages have uneven tears at outer page edge from page separation. LO
