Description: One page of a script for "New York Goes to the Auto Show," an episode of the "Chrysler Program" radio program produced by CBS. This episode aired on January 7, 1934. The page is signed by Clarence Chamberlin, an aviator and the first person to carry a passenger across the Atlantic in a fixed-wing aircraft; by Grantland Rice, a popular early 20th-century sportswriter; and by Heywood Broun, a journalist and sportswriter. The signature of John Loesche is also present, along the name "Nancy" above the name "Mrs Howard Chandler Christy" (both in quotation marks); possibly the signature of Howard Chandler Christy's second wife, Nancy Mae Palmer. Very good-. Several small closed tears to edges of sheet; minor creasing at corners. Slightly age-toned with lightly worn central horizontal crease.
