Folio newspaper, 4pp. Two folds at the center, some wear, and some chips and tears at the edges, hole in upper margin, with no loss of text. Normal aging and darkening. Now called the Providence Journal, this paper is the oldest continuously published newspaper in the United States. Began publication in 1829. While mostly local stuff, there is some national coverage too.
