[New York]: promoted by Madison Square Boxing, Inc. in association with Forum Boxing Inc. and Top Rank Inc, 1974. 11" x 8½" color bifolium showing Ali and Frazier going at it in the ring, and the two boxers smiling into the camera for a promotional shot; inside are 2 black & white photographs of the two boxers. Enclosed inside is the "press brochure" of 21 leaves printed on rectos only and stapled at the top, including training camp information, "Notes 'n' Quotes," the tale of the tape, and essays on Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali by John F. X. Condon, together with the fight histories of each. Pages originally stapled to bifolium, now separated; all else near fine. This was the second of three Ali-Frazier fights, won by Ali by a unanimous but controversial decision. Ali's win allowed him to go on to fight George Forman for the heavyweight championship in what became known as The Rumble in the Jungle in Kinshasa, Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo), which some say was the greatest sporting event of the 20th century.
