According to his introduction, Joseph Allen based his QUESTIONS on Harvey Fisk's UNION QUESTIONS, and supplemented it with various other materials in order to create a handy resource for Sunday Schools. A "Part 2" of QUESTIONS was published separately in the same year; OCLC records both parts individually. A scarce work institutionally and on the market. 12mo. 6'' x 3.75''. Original quarter blue cloth, paper pictorial boards. 118 pages, collated complete. Contemporary inscription to front pastedown, "Sabbath School, second Parish." Spine lightly sunned, boards with some edgewear; front board with very shallow crease (likely production error). Leaves uniformly lightly toned with scattered foxing; a bit of loss to margins of two leaves, not affecting text. A solid copy.
