Navy blue cloth boards have rubbing, some light-colored smudges, bumped/frayed corners, and moisture damage to rear outer lower corner. Binding has started at front hinge. Top page edge has gilding with mild wear and scratches. There is a name in pen on title page. Some pages have check mark notations in margins. Moisture staining on lower outer corner of almost all pages, does not interfere with text readability. LO
