Text is tanned, with horizontal crease where once folded, few tiny closed tears and nicks, else a very good copy of a fragile publication. Broadside promoting passage of the 1915 Pennsylvania "resolution for a Constitutional Amendment to give women votes...". Text begins: WOMEN IN THE HOME. We are told that the place for women is in the HOME. And, so it is. But what do we expect of her in the home... If we hold women responsible for the results, must we not... give them the same means that men have. LET THEM VOTE... Women Vote in Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Washington, California, Oregon, Arizona, Kansas, Nevada, Montana and Alaska. Why Not in Pennsylvania? The Pennsylvania Legislature has passed a resolution providing for a Constitutional Amendment to give women votes. When approved by the next Legislature, this amendment will go to the voters in 1915...".
