Absent Without Leave (Signed First Edition)

Berlin: DAAD, 1993. First edition. Softcover. Artist book published in an edition of 1000 copies. A collection of 175 black and white images of Wool's travels and printed to look like photocopies. A fine copy in wrappers in a very near fine dust jacket. Signed and inscribed by Wool to a Chicago art curator and author and her husband on the title page in 1994. A nice association copy as Wool grew up in Chicago and has deep roots with the city. (Parr & Badger v3, 167).
