A solid copy to boot of the 1935 1st edition of this charming alphabet book. Tight and VG (with minor loss at the spine crown) in a bright, price-intact ($1.00), VG dustjacket, with similar loss at the spine crown and light chipping along the panel edges. Still though, a handsome, presentable copy. Oblong octavo, wonderfully illustrated thruout by Hendrik van Loon, winner of the very first Newbery Medal ("The Story of Mankind", 1922).
