Boston: Estes & Lauriat, 1881. Pictorial boards. Very Good. Henry Richards. The 1881 1st edition. Lovely chromolithographed illustrations thruout. Solid and VG in its lovely pictorial boards, with very light scuffing to the panels and light wear along the edges. Tender (but still sturdy) hinges, 1881 former owner inscription on the first blank endpaper, staining to the rear endsheets. The text though remains clean and very sharp. Octavo, the wonderful color plates by Henry Richards and the verse below each plate by his wife Laura Richards.
