Manuscript valentine - Advise to the virgins on getting a man

1830. letter folds.. Single page sheet with two cut-out and applied lithographs of gents; one appearing to be a barber. A rather odd accompaniment to the verse that reads:

Good Morning valentine
Ye virgins who hear; learn example from this
Take care how you finally to part with a kiss
Conceal for a time all the favors you can
For that's the best way to make sure of your man
