The report is preceded by a record of the Commission's meetings and is followed by the Evidence and Appendix ; for the report's findings. Bound in three quarter brown leather with dark brown cloth covers with the university's seal in gilt. Spine title label and gilt rulings and date to spine. Leather is quite scuffed and bumped on the front and rear covers and spine has wear and fraying along edges. Presentation label on front pastedown. Hinges are reinforced by library cloth tape.
