Paper softcover is moderately rubbed and soiled, and has a hole punched through book at upper inner corner. Stapled binding is beginning to pull loose at rear cover, but as of now still holds together. Staples are very rusted. Pages are clean and unmarked, with light toning. 94 pages. LO
