New York: Privately Printed (Frederic Fairfield Sherman), 1914. Boards. Very Good +. A solid, well-preserved copy of the 1914 1st edition, limited to only 300 privately-printed copies. Tight and VG in its chocolate-brown boards, with bright gilt-titling along the front panel and spine. Light scuffing at the rear panel, mild wear to the tips. Quarto, 12 Homer reproductions, including a lovely frontispiece in rich color ("The Gulf Stream"), with its printed tissue guard.
