[No location: Seven Arts Academy, 1939. Hardcover. Very Good. First edition, limited to 1000 copies. With preface by Clement Wood and foreword by Bernard Vincent Grossman. Quarto. 63pp. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering. Very good with letting complete dulled and wear at the corners, including some light fraying. A poetry anthology that served as the first publication of the short-lived Seven Arts Academy, a group of like minded artist from around the world, released on the occasion of the 1939 New York World's Fair. Among the most notable of the 60-plus contributors to this book are Wood, Maxwell Bodenheim, Tom Boggs, and H.T. Tsiang. Very common. *OCLC* locates just three copies over two records.
