[30] leaves printed rectos only (one preliminary page provided for ownership notation, 29 pages of coupons, complete). Oblong 16mo? 5.5" x 2.75". Stapled orange pictorial thin card wrappers. Coupons in different color monetary denominations from one cent to one dollar. Apparently a coupon promotion capitalizing on the enthusiasm surrounding the World Columbian Exposition, although we doubt it had official sanction of the board of the Exposition. The booklets were sold by H. Ehrlich & Sons of St. Joseph, Missouri and customized to be used at W.L. Ayers, Meats and Groceries in Orleans, Nebraska. Presumably the coupon book was sold at a discounted price. This booklet was never used and apparently never sold or issued. Interesting tie-in marketing scheme.
