Consists of the first 2 years of the magazine, each year bound into a handsome 1/4 leather over chocolate-brown boards. The first book consists of the June 1890-May 1891 12 issues and the 2nd book consists of the June 1891-May 1892 12 issues. All issues clean, crisp and Near Fine, with one neat former owner name along the top-edge of issue #1's front page. The 2 books housing the magazines have held up very nicely as well. Both clean and bright and Near Fine and both featuring dozens and dozens --if not hundreds-- of steel-engraved illustrations. (From each issue's front cover; "A Journal Devoted Specifically to Street and Sidewalk Paving, Sewerage, Water-Works Construction, Street Lighting and All Matters Pertaining to Muinicipal Engineering").
