Solid and VG+ to Near Fine in its beige wrappers, with one small former owner stamp and a bit of official writing (catalogue listing?) at the front panel. Octavo, dozens of charts and figures in addition to 7+ wonderful fold-out maps identifying tide stations, etc. A nice piece of New York geographical history.
