Booklet advertising Dr. Green's Sons' remedy for dropsy, including a summary of the company, description of the affliction, several testimonials, and a mail-in order form with health questionnaire. Also includes several blank pages of lined paper for notes, and tips for domestic workers and housewives such as how to remove tea stains, or prevent hair loss. Much like an almanac, it contains a plethora of quick conversions such as how many square yards are in an acre, or how many pounds a bushel of oats weighs.

12mo (5.5" by 3.25"), pp. 16, stapled in original illustrated wrappers with photographs of founders printed in red and black. Accompanied by original printed company envelope, addressed in ink manuscript and postmarked April 1913.
