A collection of four essays, three of which are true and is (according to author) at least half true. Scottish artist and illustrator Sir Russell Fllint (1880 - 1969) is best known for his watercolor paintings of women; although, he also worked in oil, tempura, and created prints. This book has been finely printed in Pastonchi type by Charles Skilton at his press in red, blue, and black inks with notes printed in tan. It is bound in blue cloth backed black cloth covered boards with gilt title to spine and gilt illustration of a key to front board. Light sunning to spine and gentle bumping to corners. Housed in a blue paper covered slipcase. Wear to edges and panels of case with bump to botto corner and split along one seam. Rubbing, sunning, and evidence of removed price label to panels of case. 59 pages. PRI/020923.
