Back board on volumes VII and XIII slightly bent. Foot of spine on volume XVIII has a short tear. Tape repair on edge of one page in volume XXIV. One page in volume VIII extending out and a little tattered. Overall a well preserved set, internally clean with tight binding. Volume XXIX, the index, is bound in red buckram.
